Section 5-643 - Transitional provisions

1.Proceedings on or after September 1, 2019. This Part applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after September 1, 2019.

2.Proceedings before September 1, 2019. Subparts 1 and 3 and sections 5-641 and 5-642 apply to proceedings begun before September 1, 2019, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
