Section 1758 - Authority to impose fees, surcharges and assessments by Supreme Judicial Court

Nothing in this chapter limits the authority of the Supreme Judicial Court to impose fees, surcharges or assessments by administrative order or rule. [2019, c. 113, Pt. A, §2(NEW).]
