Section 910 - Contact person for corporation; changes1.Corporation to keep name of contact person on file with Secretary of State. A corporation to which this chapter applies must continually keep and maintain the name of a contact person, who is a natural person resident in this State, on file with the Secretary of State. 2.Change. If a change in the contact person under subsection 1 occurs or the name or address of the contact person changes:A. The corporation must notify the Secretary of State by filing a certificate of change of contact person if the contact person changes.
