Section 6407 - Conviction or adjudication; juvenile offense; failure to appearUnder this chapter: [1977, c. 661, §5(NEW).]
1.Conviction or adjudication. A conviction of a crime is considered a conviction and an adjudication of a civil violation is considered an adjudication during the pendency of appeal; [2013, c. 492, §4(AMD).]
2.Juvenile offense. A conviction of a juvenile offense is considered a conviction; and [2013, c. 492, §4(AMD).]
3.Failure to appear. Failure to appear in court when properly summoned is considered a conviction. [2013, c. 492, §4(AMD).]
