Section 12857 - Hiring guide1. Prohibition. A person may not hire another person as a guide if the hiring person has knowledge that the person does not hold a valid guide license. [2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2003, c. 614, §9(AFF).]
2. Penalty. The following penalties apply to violations of this section. A.
