Section 12657 - Advance baiting1. Prohibition. Except as provided in subsection 2, a person may not deposit any meat, bones, dead fish, parts of meat, bones, or dead fish or other food for fish for the purpose of luring fish, a practice known as "advance baiting." 3. Penalty. The following penalties apply to violations of this section. A. A person who violates subsection 1 after having been adjudicated as having committed 3 or more civil violations under this Part within the previous 5-year period commits a Class E crime.
