Section 11453 - Driving deer1.Unlawfully driving deer. A person may not participate in a hunt for deer during which an organized or planned effort is made to drive deer. For purposes of this subsection, 4 or more persons working together to move deer constitutes an organized or planned effort to drive deer. [2013, c. 408, §16(AMD).]
