Section 11305 - Unlawful firearms for hunting bear

1.Prohibition. A person may not use a .17 or .22 caliber rimfire firearm or a shotgun using shot loads to hunt bear.

2.Penalty. A person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime.
