Section 10650-A - Rule violation; motor vehicles on public water supplies1.Penalties. The following penalties apply to violations of rules regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies. A. A person who violates a rule regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.
