Section 6:1335 - Institution-affiliated partyAs used in this Chapter, the term "institution-affiliated party" means:
(1) A director, officer, employee, agent, or controlling stockholder of a savings bank operating under this Chapter.(2) A person who has filed or is required to file a change-in-control notice with the commissioner.(3) A shareholder of, consultant to, joint venture partner of, or an independent contractor, including accountants, appraisers, and attorneys, for a savings bank.(4) Any other person who participates in a significant way in the affairs of a savings bank under this Chapter.Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff.
