Section 56:1856 - Historic and scenic riversA. The provisions of this Part shall be applicable to those historic and scenic rivers designated below and full consideration shall be given to the detrimental effect of any proposed action upon the historic and scenic character thereof, as well as the benefits of the proposed use.B.
