Section 56:1765 - Rules to preserve order and protect property; penaltiesA. The commission shall have authority to make and establish such rules and regulations for the preservation of order and the protection of property in the park as it deems necessary.B. In addition to any penalties otherwise provided by law, violation of any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission pursuant to this Section shall be punishable by fine of not less than fifteen dollars nor more than two hundred fifty dollars.Acts 1983, No. 485, §1, eff.
