Section 51:3115 - [See note for applicability] Rules

The department may promulgate rules and regulations after approval by the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Senate Committee on Revenue and Fiscal Affairs meeting jointly within sixty days of publication of such rules and regulations in the Louisiana Register.
