Section 51:2135 - Written permit required

No minor's employment regulated under the provisions of this Chapter shall occur without the issuance of a written permit from the Louisiana Workforce Commission as provided in Chapter 3 of Title 23 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
