Current with changes from the 2024 legislative session effective on or before 7/1/2024, from Acts 2,3, 6-535, and 580-647
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, contracts for tax exemptions entered into by the State Board of Commerce and Industry shall be filed with the Department of Economic Development, which shall maintain a file of such contracts.
