Section 51:719 - Waiver of rights under chapter or rules and regulations voidAny condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person acquiring any security to waive:
(1) Compliance with any provision of this Part or of the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part;(2) Any rights provided by this Part or by the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part; or(3) Any defenses arising under this Part or under the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part shall be void.
