Section 51:62 - Boards authorized to make application for a foreign-trade zone

The board may make application to the Secretary of Commerce of the United States for the purpose of establishing, operating, and maintaining foreign-trade zones under 48 Stat. 998 (1934), providing for the establishment, operation and maintenance of foreign-trade zones in ports of entry of the United States, to expedite and encourage foreign commerce, and for other purposes.
