Section 49:1505 - Permitted uses of home digital asset mining; exceptions
It shall be legal in this state to do both of the following:
(1) Participate in home digital asset mining as long as the person engaging in home digital asset mining complies with all local noise ordinances.(2) Have a digital asset mining business in any area that is zoned for industrial use, provided they comply with all current ordinances.
