Section 49:181 - State examinations; interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearingA. Any person who is deaf or hard of hearing and takes an examination which is a prerequisite for employment or licensing by the state or any of its agencies is entitled to be furnished, upon request, with an interpreter by the state or its agency.B.
