Section 48:2076 - Establish feasibility; prior written concurrenceA. The authority may construct projects under the terms and conditions set forth in this Chapter, subject to the prior express written concurrence of the secretary. Said projects must be part of the approved transportation plan and program of the department, where applicable.B.
