Section 48:1818 - Officers; quorum; meetingA. The board of commissioners shall elect from its own membership a chairman and a vice chairman. A majority of the members of the board of commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the meetings of the board shall be held at such place and time as shall be fixed in the call of the chairman after reasonable notice to the full membership.B.
