Section 48:720 - [Effective 8/1/2024] Disposal of immovable property by the governing authority of St. Tammany ParishA. The governing authority of St. Tammany Parish shall not dispose of any immovable property pursuant to this Part unless such property has been held by said governing authority for at least ten years.B.
