Section 47:2246 - [See Note] Right to purchase a tax lien certificate issued to the political subdivision For property receiving no bid, any person may purchase a tax lien certificate issued to the political subdivision from the political subdivision and on the terms and conditions established by the political subdivision, and file an action as a certificate holder pursuant to R.S. 47:2266.1.
