Section 46:977.6 - Promulgation of rulesThe department shall promulgate rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, which shall include but not be limited to:
(2) Annual renewals of eligibility for the program.(3) Reenrollment, grace period, notice requirements, and hearing procedures.(4) Determining the availability and affordability of private or employer-sponsored health insurance, with consideration of such factors as the percentage of income needed to purchase individual or family health insurance, the availability of employer subsidies, and other relevant factors.Acts 2007, No. 407, §1, eff.
