Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to restrict or modify any federal or state laws related to an individual's rights for reasonable accommodation and equal access to housing, including but not limited to rights afforded in accordance with the Louisiana Equal Housing Opportunity Act, R.S. 51:2601, the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. 3601, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or related state or federal legislation.
