Section 46:1054 - Officers; meetingsA. The commission shall elect one of its members chairman and one vice chairman. The chairman of the Acadia-St. Landry Hospital Service District shall vote only in the event of a tie vote.B. All meetings of the commission shall be held at the domicile of the district established by the police jury. At least three regular meetings shall be held annually.
