Section 41:763 - Deed; disposition of proceedsA. The deed of the parish treasurer shall be full and complete evidence of the sale, shall convey a good and valid title to the property sold and shall have all the force and effect of a notarial act.B. All monies or notes received under and by virtue of the sale shall be disposed of by the parish treasurer in the manner now required by law.
