Section 40:989.3 - Unlawful distribution of products containing Mitragyna speciosa to minors; penaltiesA. It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute any product containing Mitragyna speciosa to a minor.B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.La. Public Health and Safety § 40:989.3
