Section 40:2255.1 - DefinitionsAs used in this Part, the following words have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise:
(1) "Prescription drug" means a drug as defined in 21 U.S.C. 321.(2) "Prescription drug marketing" means to provide educational or marketing information or materials regarding a prescription drug in any form including but not limited to all of the following:(a) Face-to-face meetings.(c) Telephone conversations.(d) Electronic mail or facsimile.La.
