Section 39:16.8 - [Effective 7/1/2026] Duties of the commissioner relative to the boards and commission databaseA.(1) The commissioner shall establish a boards and commissions database.(2) All boards and commissions that submit information to the comissioner pursuant to R.S. 49:1301 et seq. shall be required to provide information pursuant to this Subpart.B.
