Section 39:16.11 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2026] Duties of the commissioner relative to the dedicated funds databaseA. The commissioner shall ensure the website includes a dedicated funds database that is electronically searchable by the public.B. All state agencies shall be required to provide information pursuant to this Subpart that contains the electronic database of reports supported by appropriations from dedicated funds required by R.S. 49:308.5(B).C.
