Section 37:3713 - Continuing educationA.(1) A licensed behavior analyst shall annually complete a minimum number of hours of continuing education relevant to the practice of behavior analysis as established by the board.(2) A certified assistant behavior analyst shall annually complete a minimum number of hours of continuing education relevant to the practice of behavior analysis as established by the board.B. The board shall develop the requirements for continuing education.C.
