Section 37:3204 - Officers of the boardA. The board shall annually elect a chairman, a secretary-treasurer, and one or more vice chairmen. Each officer shall serve for one year or until his successor is elected.B. Any officer may be removed from office for proper cause by a majority vote of the board. Such officer must be given due notice and a hearing.
