Section 37:2505 - ExaminationsA. The board shall determine the subjects of examination for applicants for licensing as nursing facility administrators, and the scope, content, and format of such examinations which in any examination shall be the same for all candidates. Such examinations shall include examination of the candidate's ability to demonstrate proficiency in federal and state laws, codes, rules, or regulations which govern nursing facilities.B.
