Section 37:2202 - Definitions(1) The term "weather modification", as used in this Chapter, means the changing or controlling by chemical, mechanical, or physical methods the occurrence of lightning or the precipitation of rain, hail, mist, sleet, or snow.(2) The term "commissioner", as used in this Chapter, means the commissioner of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry.Added by Acts 1956, No. 350, §§2, 3; Acts 2009, No. 24, §4, eff.
