Section 37:1476 - Licensing requiredA. Beginning January 1, 2001, no person shall engage in or conduct, or advertise or hold himself out as engaging in or conducting the business of, or acting in the capacity of a home inspector within the state without first obtaining a license as provided for in this Chapter, unless as exempted in R.S. 37:1483.B.
