La. Stat. tit. 30 § 148.10

Section 30:148.10 - Applicability

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in Subpart A of this Part, the provisions of this Subpart shall apply to leases by the State Mineral and Energy Board for the purposes set forth in R.S. 30:148.2.
