Section 3:3521 - General rules and regulationsA. The commissioner may establish such general rules and regulations as may be necessary to facilitate the administration and enforcement of such marketing orders and agreements.B. The provisions of R.S. 3:3520 relative to publication and time of taking effect are applicable to any such general rule and regulation which is established pursuant to this Section and applicable to marketing orders.
