Section 3:3518 - Minor amendments to marketing ordersA. The commissioner may make minor amendments to any marketing order upon the recommendation of not less than seventy-five percent of the producer members or handler members of the advisory board, or not less than seventy-five percent of each group if both are represented upon the advisory board.B. The commissioner may require a public hearing upon minor amendments if in his opinion the substance of such minor amendments so warrant.
