Section 3:3108 - Violations; revocation of licenseA. The commissioner may revoke the license of any person violating any provision of this Part.B. The commissioner may impose a civil penalty of up to one thousand dollars for each violation of this Part or of the rules and regulations adopted under this Part. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be a separate offense.C. Civil penalties may be assessed only by a ruling of the commissioner based on an adjudicatory hearing held in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.D.
