Section 27:445 - Video draw poker employee permits; categories; permit termA. Except as provided in R.S. 27:449, on or after January 1, 2004, no person shall be employed as a video draw poker employee unless that person is the holder of a valid video draw poker employee permit.B. There shall be the following categories of video draw poker employee permits: (1) Certified technician level one. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(2).(2) Certified technician level two. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(3).(3) Repealed by Acts 2009, No. 92, §2.C. A video draw poker employee permit shall not be transferable.D.
