Section 26:652 - Sale of poisonous beverages; penaltyA. No person shall sell or offer for sale any alcoholic beverage containing lye, nicotine, wood alcohol, india berries, or any other poisonous substance.B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars or imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not more than one year, or both.
