Section 22:987 - PenaltiesA. Any insurer, or any officer or agent thereof, issuing or delivering any health and accident policy on risks in this state in willful violation of any provision of this Subpart shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than five hundred dollars or shall be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, for each offense at the discretion of the court.B.
