Section 18:429 - Clerk of court; notification of cyber incidentsA. The clerk of court shall notify the secretary of state, or his designee, by telephone, electronic mail, or facsimile within twenty-four hours following the discovery of a cyber incident that impacts the office of the clerk of court related to any computer system connected to or maintained by the secretary of state.B.
