Section 17:3871 - Short title

This Chapter may be referred to and may be cited as "The Children First Act".

ACTS 1988, NO. 659, §3, PROVIDES THAT IF R.S. 17:421.3 IS NOT FUNDED, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER, AS ENACTED BY SAID ACT, SHALL BE NULL AND VOID.
