Section 17:3045.1 - Louisiana Opportunity Loan Program; creation; managementA. There is hereby created the Louisiana Opportunity Loan Program to provide low interest non-subsidized educational loans to students without having to meet an income requirement. Such loans may be referred to as "LA-OP Loans".B. The program shall be administered and managed by the Louisiana Student Financial Assistance Commission, referred to in this Chapter as "the commission".Acts 1991, No. 799, §1, eff.
