Section 17:17.8 - Health Education requirement; virtual courseA. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a one-half credit course in Health Education that is required for a high school diploma shall be offered virtually to any student that is required to enroll in a physical education course for at least two consecutive school years.B.
