Section 13:4164 - TelevisionA. Except as otherwise provided herein, no proceeding in any court in this state shall be televised or recorded by television equipment.B. Each court in this state may provide by court rule for the broadcasting or recordation for broadcasting of proceedings for preservation of testimony or for use in a course of instruction in an accredited law school.C.
