Section 11:1521.2 - Maximum compensationA. For the purposes of calculating any benefit payable under this plan, any compensation in excess of the limits set forth in 26 U.S.C. 401 shall be disregarded.B. Subsection A of this Section shall not apply to members who enrolled in the plan on or before January 1, 1996.
