Section 37:756 - Receipts and disbursements of boardA. All fees received by the board under this Chapter shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer. Disbursements made by the board shall be signed by the president and the secretary-treasurer. In the absence of either the president or secretary-treasurer, the vice president or any employee empowered by the board by majority vote is authorized to sign all disbursements with the remaining authorized signatory.B.
